All prices shown on tradegear are in NZ Dollars (NZD$).
Age Policy
tradegear sells products, the sale of which are restricted to only those people over the age of 18 years. Therefore our account form requires a declaration of the purchaser being 18 years or older.
Privacy and Security
tradegear uses the latest platforms and gateways to provide a safe, secure site for electronic transactions.
Visitors under the age of 18 should not sign-in to the website or submit any information to us.
The intellectual property rights in this website are owned and controlled by Tradegear Limited. No right, title or interest in any of the contents of the website will be transferred to you as a result of downloading, electronically copying or printing or attaching to e-mail such material.
Dangerous Goods Policy
Aerosols have a general classification of Dangerous Goods 2.1 UN no.1950. This affects the freighting cost and may affect their delivery time, depending on area. Due to legislation, we are unable to sell paint aerosols to anyone under the age of 18, anyone under 18 years of age should not sign into the tradegear site.

Shipping & Delivery Policy
Shipping charges are added to your order after you enter your delivery location and before you enter your payment details. You get to see the full charge before completing your purchase. tradegear charges a flat rate for shipping regardless of quantity or weight of $9.50 GST inclusive, or $14.50 for Rural delivery.
This charge includes the picking, packing and delivery of your order, to any physical address in mainland New Zealand, serviced by the standard courier network. Please contact us if you have any doubt about your location.
We expect to despatch your order within 24 hours, with an anticipated delivery time within 5 working days of your order being placed. Some isolated regions may require additional delivery time on occassions, particularly if DG.
We will deliver overseas but require you to contact us for a shipping quote.
Returns & Damaged Goods Policy
tradegear stands by the quality of our products and will make things right if you are not satisfied with your purchase.
You may return new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items should be returned in their original product packaging. Delivery charges are non-refundable.
tradegear will pay the return shipping costs if a return is a result of our error or faulty goods. Any product proven to be faulty will be replaced when returned.
